The Philippine Blue Pinoy Angelfish was created by Kenneth Kennedy in the Philippines. It is a dark Angelfish with the Philippine Blue (pb/pb) genes to make it the first Blue angelfish ever. It can by a very Dark black with Blue hue or a Dark Gray with beautiful Blue body and fins. Any dark angelfish that has 2 Philippine Genes is considered a Pinoy Angelfish (as named by Kenneth Kennedy). We will be referring to the lighting Pinoy’s and Pinoy Lace in the future.
