The Bulgarian Seal Point (BSP) Angelfish is the newest strain to arrive in the USA. All of the Bulgarian Green Angelfish are very new to our market. The bg (bulgarian green) gene was discovered just a few years ago and adds many new varieties of Angelfish for us. What the bg gene does is hide most of all darkness in the body. A Seal Point is actually a Black Angelfish but the bg gene makes the body almost a Platinum Color. We like to cross our Seal Points to Lilac Points so that we have more varieties out of a spawn and also give us much stronger fry to work with.
